According to a recent study published in the journal Canadian Psychology, our laboratory director Dr. Sophie Bergeron is among the top 15% of Canada’s most cited and most productive female professors in terms of scientific publication.
The results published in this article consider the number of publications, citations and h-indices for clinical psychology professors accredited by the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA), according to career stage and gender. This replication study also shows that the number of publications, citations and h-indices have doubled over the past decade and that the gender gap has narrowed.
